- If you are wondering - where do I start? Virtual PT is a 15- minute, $29 electronic questionnaire on a secure network that helps you determine how to start treating your own back pain.
- Not all back pain is the same, so your answers will determine which path is best for you.
- You don't have to drive and use your time and gas!
- Get a musculoskeletal screen for your back pain from the comfort of your home office, during your lunch break at work, in between classes at school - anywhere you can use your computer, laptop or phone.

-Do you have a phone which is 3 years old or newer? Older devices may struggle to run the program properly.
-Is your space equipped with a modern internet connection that is reliable? Connecting directly to your familiar WiFi at highest speeds available are helpful.
Steps to get started with Virtual Physical Therapy:
- Click on the link above.
- To learn more about how virtual therapy works, click on the "How it works" button.
- Then click on the GET STARTED button to determine your eligibility for J.O.Y. Virtual Physical Therapy.
- Once your initial answers determine if virtual care is right for you, you will be prompted to answer a series of questions about your back pain to determine the most appropriate pathway of treatment.
- Once this is determined you will be prompted to create a profile and add a payment method.
- We are HSA approved, so your HSA card is the best method of payment to enter here.
- If you don’t have one, any major credit or debit card will work!
- Once complete, your answers will take you to your video instructions. Please be prepared to take notes!
